Answers
Using a template
Are these templates free?
The templates marked free have no listed purchase price. The licence decides what use is permitted.
Do I download a template from HTMLPick?
No. HTMLPick sends you to the author and hosts no template files.
How do I check maintenance?
Open the detail page. It shows the source update date and marks stale templates.
Why does a listing have no screenshot?
The image service renders a screenshot only when it detects a permissive licence.
Getting listed
How do templates enter the directory?
The scheduler checks import sources every six hours. A person approves each public listing.
Can I submit my own template?
Yes. A free submission can receive the same core page as a priority submission.
How do I correct a listing?
Send the correction through the contact page. An administrator can lock the corrected field against later imports.
Data and sources
Where do listing descriptions come from?
Descriptions can come from source metadata, creator submissions, or editor changes. Check the linked source for current details.
Where do stars and licences come from?
The application reads public source data and uses deps.dev as a licence data source.
Can the same template appear twice?
The importer matches the canonical repository identity. Several sources produce one listing.
Paid positions
How does HTMLPick earn money?
HTMLPick sells priority submission options and labelled sponsor positions.
Does a sponsor label always appear?
Yes. Each paid position has a visible label and a sponsored link attribute.
Does payment change ordinary result order?
No. Paid positions use separate slots.
