Who we are
HTMLPick is a directory of website templates and themes made by independent authors. The operator named at the end of this page runs it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What HTMLPick is, and what it is not
Each listing shows a picture, a short summary and facts about a template, and links to its author. We host no template files and sell no templates. Any download, purchase or licence happens on the author's own site and under the author's terms.
We check what we can, such as a template's licence and whether its demo still answers. We do not guarantee that a template works, is secure, or suits your project. Read the author's licence before you use one.
Submitting a template
You may submit a template you made or have the right to list. A person reviews every submission. We may decline or remove a listing, for example if it is broken, misleading, unlawful, or not a website template.
A paid submission option buys review speed and, for Partner, a front-page feature for 30 days after the listing is published. It never guarantees approval. If we decline a paid submission, we refund it in full.
Booking a sponsor placement
A placement is a labelled sponsor position on a page, for the period you choose. You pay for the whole period in advance through Stripe. Your booking holds the slot for a short time while you pay; an unpaid booking is released.
You are responsible for your product name, link and summary. They must be accurate and lawful, and must not imitate another brand. We may refuse or remove a placement that breaks this rule. If we remove it for that reason, the refund policy below applies.
A placement does not renew by itself. We email you before it ends, and you can book the next period.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Stripe processes every payment; we never see or store your card number. Checkout asks for your billing address and, for a company, a tax ID so the receipt can show them. You are responsible for any tax that applies to your purchase in your country.
Refunds and cancellations
The refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we answer every request.
Removal requests
A template author may ask us to remove their listing. We act within 24 hours of the author's request, and the listing stays removed.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site in a way that harms it, and do not use it to send spam or unlawful content. We may block access that does.
Liability
We provide the directory as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for templates made by others, for their authors' sites, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A booking or paid submission is governed by the terms you accepted when you paid.
