What we collect
Account details if you create an account to book a placement: your name, email address and sign-in records.
The email address you give with a submission, a contact message or a newsletter sign-up, and what you write.
Booking details: the placement, the dates, your product name, link and summary, and the moment you accepted the terms.
Payment records from Stripe: the amount, the date, and Stripe's reference numbers. Stripe collects your card details and billing address; we do not store card numbers.
Technical records our servers keep for security and troubleshooting, such as IP addresses in request logs.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember your appearance choice.
An administrator can enable analytics integrations from the Site header controls. Each integration has its own consent and data policy.
Why we use it
To provide what you asked for: review a submission, show and account for a placement, reply to a message, send a newsletter you confirmed, and send receipts and booking emails. To keep the site secure and to meet legal and accounting duties. To defend a payment dispute with the records of what was booked and delivered.
Who processes it for us
We use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for network and storage services, and Resend for email delivery. Our hosting provider runs the servers. We also use an error-reporting service and analytics integrations when an administrator enables them. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Payment and booking records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Contact messages and submission emails are kept while they are useful for the listing or the conversation. Server logs are kept for 14 days. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where the law allows it, and you can object to a use of it. Write to us through the contact page or the email address below. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We update this page when what we collect or who processes it changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
